This is a large double-sided chopping board with a drip groove on one side. Highly practical, it will stand on its edge for easy storage. It is designed by Sebastian Conran exclusivly for John Lewis. Sebastian Conran says “I love working with bamboo and it’s my first choice of material for the kitchen – it’s straight grained and grows very fast making it sustainable.”   Sebastian Conran, who trained in Industrial Design Engineering, is one of the founding members of Conran & Partners, whose ethos is to use design to improve quality of life. Conran is  responsible for all product and graphics work.
